In addition:

  • A University Centre at the High Melton campus was officially inaugurated in 2004 with the support and validation of its degree programmes from the University of Hull
  • A new 'state of the art', town centre building is opening in September 2006 which will be the operational heart for the DoncasterEducationCity(DEC) project and a new campus for Doncaster College.
  • A Digital Knowledge Exchange is currently being developed which will pioneer radical, digital applications to technology and learning, and establish Doncaster as one of the chief "Imagineering" centres in the UK
