Required for September 2010 to work in a busy school office.

The successful applicant will assist the office manager. Your main responsibilities will be the organisation of the after school club registers, collection and banking of all monies and to deal with reception and visitors to school.

Good typing/word processing skills are preferred and an ability to work in a team is essential. Our school currently uses SIMS.net system, excel and word. You will need to be self motivated, trustworthy and punctual. Dealing with people face to face, good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to work are all essential requirements.

Southfield Primary is a very busy place and the successful applicant will be well organised, flexible and be able to have the necessary skills to meet tight deadlines and cope with a demanding workload in a pacey and good humoured way.
