Apprentice – central registry office
Salary £95 per week (1 year fixed term)

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice to work within the central registry office.

Reporting to The Head of Timetabling

Based at The Hub in a large central office you will be required to carry out administrative duties associated with the smooth running of the College’s Central Absence line. You will be required to take absent and late calls from students log these on a database and send out reports on this information daily. You should have good communication and IT skills and ideally have experience of using Microsoft Office Packages. You will also be required to support the work of the Central Timetabling team, booking events and handling registers. The successful candidate will need to be a confident, hard working, enthusiastic individual, with good communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
