An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hall Cross Family of Schools as a member of our Behaviour and Attendance Improvement Programme.

The successful candidate will be required to work with our most vulnerable pupils, those whose vulnerability is predominantly exhibiting in behaviour concerns. You will play a key role in establishing innovative practice to remove barriers and ensure effective behaviour strategies are developed, employed and maintained, so that all children can learn and remain effective participants in a mainstream school environment. Support will be required both on and off school sites including; covering periods of exclusion, working and supporting children and their families, so you must be prepared to travel within the locality
