Required for January 2011.
The governors of Bawtry Mayflower Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to the post of Deputy Headteacher following the promotion of our current Deputy.
The Governors and Headteacher welcome applications from committed, experienced and enthusiastic teachers to work in partnership with all stakeholders to improve the achievement of all pupils.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to an enhanced CRB check.
You will join a leadership team alongside our Headteacher and will have many opportunities to lead, develop and support staff, children and parents.
Candidates for the post will need to demonstrate:-
o Outstanding Classroom Practice; ideally across more than one key stage.
o Experience of successful leadership and management.
o A determination to make a difference to the lives of children.
o Exemplary leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
o Energy and enthusiasm.
o High expectations of achievement and behaviour.
