The governors of this small primary school are looking to appoint an outstanding teacher to the post of Deputy Headteacher to share in the leadership and development of the school. Our June 2009 Ofsted described School as good with some outstanding features.

The School is located to the South of Doncaster near Robin Hood airport and serves a supportive and genuinely involved community.

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and motivated deputy, who is able to work with the Head in order to build on our progress and take the next steps in improving our school.

We are looking for someone who:
- is innovative, imaginative and creative
- is an outstanding classroom practitioner
- has a proven track record in leading and managing school improvement
- is wholly committed to the Every Child Matters agenda
- has high expectations in terms of teaching, learning and behaviour.
- will support the schools Christian ethos at all levels
