FOUNDATION STAGE MANAGER – Salary: MPS/UPS+TLR2

Due to the retirement of the current Foundation Stage Manager, the Governors wish to appoint a dynamic, innovative and outstanding classroom practitioner to teach both morning and afternoon nursery classes and to manage a team of two reception class teachers, three nursery nurses and four early years assistants in this extremely large primary school. The successful applicant will be expected to provide professional strategic leadership throughout the Foundation Stage and join the Senior Leadership Team of our highly successful school.
Initially the successful applicant will not be responsible for a subject area, due to the re-structure of nursery education from September 2010.
