In order to continue our journey we have developed a challenging but exciting transformation programme. As a result we are strengthening our Modernisation and Commissioning division.
We are therefore pleased to be able to offer the opportunity of Programme Coordinator Learning and Development Adult Social Care for enthusiastic individuals with the necessary skills, experience and commitment to improving outcomes for service users and carers in Doncaster.
With responsibility for workforce planning across the care community, you will play a key role working with Senior Managers and Partners to ensure continued development, review and effective implementation of strategic workforce plans.
You will have a proven track record of delivering tangible results relating to workforce development and an excellent understanding of the national agenda relating to social care and its workforce. You will be able to work across a range of boundaries and organisations with the ability to lead change through inspiring and motivating others being essential to the success of the post.
