Thank you for visiting our site and your interest in becoming part of our organisation.

I’m very proud to be Doncaster’s first directly elected Mayor, particularly at such an exciting time for the Borough.

Doncaster is already capitalising on the flexibility and responsiveness an elected Mayor brings and the potential for the Borough is amazing. There has been huge investment in regeneration throughout Doncaster, from the new stadium and airport, to the retail and transport interchange in the town centre.

Our own ambitious change programme, ‘Delivering a Winning Council’, aims to transform our services and match them to the high quality standards of the developments currently changing the face of Doncaster.

The new Council structure is designed to exemplify, as well as deliver, a constant focus on the customer as an integral part of how we work. Our pioneering Neighbourhood Management approach means we now deliver local services to local people on their doorsteps, and ensure these natural communities play a greater role in planning and delivering what happens in their neighbourhoods.

We need ambitious and determined team players to work with our empowered staff to continue our success and achieve our ultimate aim of Doncaster becoming a leading European City with a prosperous, exciting centre surrounded by a strong, healthy community and offering a high quality of life for everybody.
